We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager for a full-time, hybrid position based in the United States. This role is essential for guiding our pipeline products through clinical trials and into the market, and it requires someone who is fluent in Japanese to help us bridge our global initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our scientific, business, and engineering teams to define and build features that provide real therapeutic value to our patients and partners.
- Translate complex healthcare requirements, including clinical workflows and regulatory standards, into scalable product opportunities and actionable user stories.
- Drive the product development lifecycle by managing roadmaps, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring effective communication across cross-functional departments.
Requirements
- Full fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Japanese is mandatory.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner within an Agile or Scrum environment, specifically working on mobile products.
- Proven track record of bringing software products to market or managing major releases for live applications.
- Strong background in user research, systems design, and foundational coding concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to both executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
What we offer
The base salary for this position is between $140,000 and $175,000, depending on your skills, experience, and location. In addition to the base pay, we provide a performance-based cash bonus and a robust equity package. Our benefits include:
- Unlimited vacation and flexible work arrangements.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Life insurance and 401k matching.
- Opportunities for professional development.
- A hybrid work model that fosters collaboration while maintaining flexibility.
