About the Role

We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will lead the strategy and development of our financial products and risk management solutions. You will be instrumental in shaping our product vision and ensuring our offerings continue to meet the complex needs of our clients in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our overarching business goals and current market dynamics.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation and roadmap creation to the successful launch and ongoing enhancement of our services.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, sales, and marketing teams to ensure our solutions are scalable, feasible, and compliant with industry regulations.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should possess a strong background in software development and product management, particularly within regulated industries. We look for candidates who demonstrate the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field, with a Master’s degree being a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, including a proven track record of launching financial products and risk solutions.
• Deep familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies, along with hands-on experience using tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the interpersonal skills necessary to influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Professional certifications such as a Certified Scrum Product Owner or other recognized product management credentials are highly desirable.

Location

This position is based on-site at our office in Dallas, Texas.
