What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in the United States. You will serve as the voice of the customer, bridging the gap between market needs and our technical capabilities to drive our product roadmap forward. Your work will involve deep collaboration across our organization to ensure we deliver high-value solutions to our agricultural partners.

• Collaborate with engineering managers and business stakeholders to define product requirements, functionality, and development priorities.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept through to decommissioning, while ensuring alignment across our product families.
• Engage in extensive field travel, spending 25% to 40% of your time visiting farms and customers to gather insights and validate product performance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of technical knowledge and strategic product management experience. We value candidates who have a background in mechanical or electrical engineering, particularly those with experience in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or heavy industrial machinery. You should be comfortable conducting customer research and performing market analysis to inform your decisions. We look for individuals who can influence others without formal authority, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, and demonstrate empathy for the end user. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be prepared to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can articulate trade-offs and prioritize business value using data-driven insights.

What we offer
