We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will lead the evolution of our operations-focused platform and web applications, collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders to build scalable solutions that drive real-world impact.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of our platform and web applications, specifically focusing on scheduling, billing, and core operational workflows.
- Plan and execute the release of new features and enhancements, ensuring they are built for scale, reliability, and an improved customer experience.
- Conduct regular user research and usability testing while defining key metrics to measure the success of workflow automations and overall feature effectiveness.
Requirements
- Between 5 and 8 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years specifically in a product management function focused on platforms and web applications.
- A deep understanding of platform architecture, service design, and data integrations, with the ability to turn complex technical requirements into business value.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience working in digital or two-sided marketplaces is strongly preferred, as is a background in engineering or customer success.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though we welcome candidates with equivalent professional experience.
