At Fruitful, we believe Product is a shared responsibility, as well as a competitive advantage. We are seeking a nimble Senior Product Manager with a strong commercial, technical, and technology background to help us scale. You will play a crucial role in driving our product forward in partnership with our Head of Product and Engineering, Lead Product Manager, and Product Design team. 

What You'll Do...

• Efficiently and pragmatically contribute to beautifully designed features of our web and native mobile apps 
• Collaborate with your teammates to push through roadblocks and expand your skills
• Own your work, ensuring quality and member impact throughout the development lifecycle
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Growth, Strategy, Banking, and Compliance to be a key part of the connective tissue that makes Fruitful work 
• Readiness to do whatever comes up as we grow Fruitful + comfort in the gray of every day not being the same thing 
• Act as a self-starter, and get what you need from team members 

Your Background & Values

• 2-5 years of experience in product management or a similar role, preferably at an early stage startup
• Experience building in a “0-1” consumer-facing environment
• Fintech and native mobile app experience is a plus
• Personal finance / investment advisory domain knowledge
• Collaborative, low-ego nature 
• Ability to come up with solutions to issues, with minimal oversight
• Strong purpose-driven service orientation and a desire to help others
• Independent problem solver that actively identifies areas of opportunity and/or need
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to join a fast-moving, early-stage, mission-driven company
