Senior Product Manager at Lithic

At Lithic, we build the essential card issuing and payment infrastructure that powers modern technology companies. Our platform supports some of the most prominent digital banks, software firms, and fintech organizations globally, processing billions of dollars in transactions every year. We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our Treasury Products, including our money movement, debit, credit ledger, and account offerings. In this role, you will work closely with our product leadership to define our roadmap, prioritize key features, and guide complex projects from their initial concept through to final execution.

Key outcomes

• Develop a deep understanding of our customers and the broader market to ensure our modular treasury infrastructure meets evolving business needs.
• Establish and execute a clear product strategy that aligns with our company goals, mapping out project timelines for the next 3, 6, and 12 months.
• Define and track customer-centric metrics to validate that our platform features provide meaningful value.
• Take full ownership of the product roadmap for a significant segment of our offerings.
• Prioritize initiatives by articulating the business case, technical requirements, and success criteria for each project.
• Author comprehensive product requirements documents and specifications that account for complex edge cases.
• Lead cross-functional efforts by partnering with design and engineering teams on scoping, implementation, and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with compliance and support teams to ensure the seamless delivery of new platform capabilities while maintaining a high standard of product quality.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in product management, with a strong preference for 2 or more years specifically within the fintech industry.
• Technical proficiency and interest in Treasury Products, such as ACH, wires, RTP, and dual-entry accounting ledgers.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, combined with the ability to translate a product vision into tangible API-based solutions alongside engineering teams.
• A commercial mindset, including experience navigating competitive markets and developing effective pricing models.
• Broad knowledge of current trends in payments and treasury services beyond standard banking or card issuing.
• The ability to remain adaptable and creative when facing shifting priorities or changing market conditions.
• Strong communication skills and the professional poise to represent the company in front of customers or at industry conferences.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Direct experience working with ledgers or dual-entry accounting systems.

Compensation

The base salary for this position ranges from $165,000 to $195,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
