Senior Product Manager at Resilience

The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Core Business team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our complex technical capabilities and the real-world needs of our customers. You will lead cross-functional efforts involving engineering, data science, design, and underwriting to build solutions that empower middle and large-sized organizations to manage their cyber risk posture effectively. This is a high-impact position for an entrepreneurial thinker who can balance long-term strategy with the fast-paced execution required in a high-growth environment.

A day in the life

• You will engage directly with customers and prospects to understand their unique security challenges, using those insights to validate and prioritize features that deliver genuine value.
• You will lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, working within an Agile Scrum framework to write epics and user stories that guide our engineering teams.
• You will foster a test-and-learn culture by designing hypotheses, measuring product performance through data, and collaborating with stakeholders to iterate on our offerings.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a deep background in technology and a passion for solving complex security problems. You communicate clearly in English and thrive in environments that require both technical depth and business acumen. Your profile includes:

• At least 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in Product Management roles.
• Proven expertise in cyber risk management or information security, ideally working with large organizations.
• A strong understanding of the Agile Scrum development process and experience working in a startup environment.
• The ability to build relationships with high-level stakeholders, such as Chief Risk Officers or CISOs.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with an MBA being a significant advantage.
