OpenX is dedicated to maximizing the economic potential of digital media companies by building high-scale advertising marketplaces that deliver value to publishers and advertisers across all screens. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Big Data team and lead the development of our ad exchange data features.
Responsibilities
- Own the product development roadmap and manage products throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Define requirements, track key performance indicators, and lead the execution of product development.
- Design experiments to validate solutions for business problems and establish metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong communication loops between engineering, stakeholders, and commercial teams across various time zones.
- Foster consensus and drive execution while building relationships with clients and internal partners.
- Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and incorporate innovative features into our products.
- Prepare product plans, reports, and analyses to support management and marketing communication objectives.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base and help create training materials for product features.
Must-haves
- At least 7 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within the advertising or a related industry.
- A strong analytical or technical background with proven success in high-scale data environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with BI tools.
- Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced Agile development environment.
- The ability to deliver high-impact functionality while navigating complex issues related to data privacy and ad quality.
- Experience managing external partners and fulfilling contractual agreements.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Polish.
- A mindset focused on ownership, independent thinking, and a willingness to operate in a startup-style environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Broad understanding of the advertising technology landscape, ranging from publisher needs to advertiser requirements.
