What you'll be doing
- You will own the strategy and roadmap for our payments products, ensuring we continue to grow and solve real problems for our customers.
- You will lead cross-functional initiatives by coordinating with risk, compliance, engineering, and finance teams to deliver high-quality results.
- You will use data-driven insights to inform your decisions, while staying hands-on with design and wireframing to ensure our user experience remains simple and effective.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in product strategy or consulting, with at least five years of experience. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of taking products from their initial concept all the way through to deployment and optimization. You should be comfortable working in a high-growth technical environment and have the ability to balance speed with perfection. Since we operate in an English-speaking environment, clear communication is essential. You should also be able to oscillate between high-level leadership and the tactical work required to get things done, all while keeping the customer at the center of every decision you make.
