The role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis within the United States. This is a senior-level position designed for someone with a deep technical background and extensive experience in the telehealth space. You will be instrumental in shaping our product strategy, guiding our roadmap, and mentoring other members of the product team to ensure we continue delivering high-value solutions to our customers.

Core responsibilities

• Own the entire product lifecycle from initial concept through to launch, with a specific emphasis on advancing our telehealth capabilities.
• Provide mentorship and professional support to junior product managers to help foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Partner closely with our engineering and design teams to define the product vision and ensure we are executing on a roadmap that aligns with our long-term business goals.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic product management experience. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.
• A proven history of mentoring and developing other product professionals.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze user feedback and performance metrics to make informed, strategic decisions.
• A solid understanding of software development methodologies and technical workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.

Compensation and benefits
