About the Role

We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to join our product team on a full-time basis. Reporting directly to our CPO, you will take charge of our automation capabilities, including the intuitive workflow engine that serves as the backbone for various SaaS management use cases. This is a product-first environment where you will have the autonomy to shape our roadmap and collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to deliver solutions that provide tangible value to our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the strategy and roadmap for your domain, ensuring all efforts remain aligned with our broader company objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate user needs into detailed specifications, wireframes, and high-quality features.
• Maintain a direct line of communication with our customers to gather feedback, identify pain points, and ensure our product roadmap addresses real-world market demands.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience managing SaaS products.
• A strong background in building products that prioritize complex UX design and functional requirements.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A proven ability to take initiative, own your projects, and deliver measurable results.
• A focus on execution and a deep understanding that your success is tied to the success of your team and product.
• Prior experience in the IT or security domain is considered a significant advantage.
