Findigs is transforming the rental industry by creating a fairer and more convenient experience for everyone involved. As a Senior Product Manager, you will join our high-functioning team to shape the vision and strategy for our digital rental platform, which helps property managers and renters navigate the application process with speed and precision.
Responsibilities
- Drive product initiatives across both our B2B and B2C platforms, including our underwriting services.
- Elevate our product quality by ensuring teams deliver the right solutions efficiently.
- Create a compelling product vision and align cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap while building consensus on priorities.
- Tackle complex problems in the rental sector to build elegant, user-focused experiences.
- Influence stakeholders and executive leadership through clear, concise communication.
- Define and track key metrics to measure the health and success of our products.
- Collaborate across teams to unify the customer experience across our brand and services.
Must-haves
- Proven experience shipping enterprise-grade products that leverage technical knowledge and direct user research.
- A highly collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners to deliver results.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor your message for diverse audiences.
- The ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
- An outcome-oriented mindset and the ability to drive progress beyond your immediate team.
- A strong sense of design and the ability to articulate a clear path toward a superior end-user experience.
- Strong execution skills and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working in domains that involve a mix of internal builds, third-party partner integrations, and owned service experiences.
- Enthusiasm for iterative design processes, group critiques, and active team collaboration.
