We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity, based out of our offices in San Francisco, New York, or Baltimore.
Key outcomes
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, QA, and customer success, to design and implement impactful risk and security solutions.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, utilizing data-driven insights and clear documentation to track adoption and success.
- Operate within an Agile Scrum environment to author epics and user stories while driving product enhancements.
- Apply a test and learn methodology to iterate on features, ensuring all solutions meet our high standards for usability and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify gaps and prioritize product development trade-offs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to execute successful go-to-market strategies for new product experiences.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in product management within a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record in a startup setting.
- Demonstrated success in leading the development and implementation of customer tooling solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in the Agile Scrum development process.
- Experience utilizing the JTBD and ODI frameworks.
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an MBA.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and leadership.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working in cyber risk management or information security.
