The role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a senior-level position for someone who is ready to take ownership of high-impact initiatives within our marketplace. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product vision while working closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams to execute on our most important goals.

Core responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive product requirements and user stories to guide the execution of marketplace initiatives.
• Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to optimize the customer journey and improve the efficiency of our professional-to-business matching.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, to ensure seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in product management and a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following:

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Product Manager.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, paired with high emotional intelligence.
• A persistent, action-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a feedback-driven environment.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and a commitment to iterative process improvement.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation and benefits
