What you bring

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be an early member of our product team, working in a full-time capacity at our location in the United States. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and company culture as we continue to grow. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Serving as a champion for our members by gathering insights across all touchpoints to drive engagement and improve their overall journey.
• Translating market trends and member needs into a cohesive product strategy that aligns with our core business objectives.
• Taking ownership of the product lifecycle by executing plans to build and maintain innovative features that enhance our platform.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least five years of experience in product management, specifically within the healthcare technology sector. You should have a strong background in clinical product development, with a proven ability to build products from the ground up in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments. Success in this role requires the ability to manage cross-functional teams, translate complex customer insights into actionable strategy, and maintain a sharp focus on business-critical outcomes. What we offer
