Senior Product Manager at Sitetracker

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager based in India to join our team and help us solve complex challenges for companies building the future of global connectivity and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to shape the vision and strategy for your product area.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Design to conduct immersive customer discovery and translate findings into scalable, intuitive technical solutions.
• Own the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with company-wide OKRs while maintaining a clear focus on delivering high-value outcomes.
• Collaborate across departments, including Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing operational excellence.
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and drive the end-to-end development cycle from initial problem validation to post-launch iteration.
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure the health and success of your features and releases.

Must-haves

• Significant experience in Product Management, with a proven ability to turn ambiguity into clear, actionable plans.
• Strong technical intuition and the ability to bridge the gap between business challenges and technical solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and evangelize product strategy.
• A passion for customer discovery and a track record of finding elegant solutions to complex problems.
• Fluency in English.
