Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Upstream to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a senior-level position where you will sit at the intersection of medical devices and digital health, working closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of bioelectronic medicine.
Your impact
- Lead the development of business plans and marketing requirements while collaborating across the organization to define product specifications.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to translate patient and physician insights into a prioritized, high-impact product portfolio.
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure customer preference, retention, and the overall success of our product offerings.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a passionate advocate for the customer with a strong background in product management. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate complex data into clear product visions.
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Science or Engineering, with an MBA strongly preferred.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in Upstream product management or marketing, ideally within the medical device industry.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders ranging from R&D teams to physicians and patients.
- Fluency in English.
