We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Home Monitoring team in Canada. Our organization is focused on delivering innovative smart security solutions, and we are currently seeking a leader to drive the next phase of growth for our subscription services. In this full-time, on-site role, you will collaborate with software product managers, developers, user researchers, and marketing teams to test and iterate on features that enhance service adoption and customer value.
Key outcomes
- Develop and manage the roadmap for growth initiatives aimed at increasing subscription adoption, engagement, and conversion.
- Analyze customer feedback daily to prioritize high-impact product changes.
- Take accountability for key performance indicators, including retention, conversion, and reactivation.
- Maintain a backlog of experiments designed to improve business outcomes across mobile, web, and embedded software platforms.
- Share insights with leadership to influence strategic decisions and scale successful iterations.
- Utilize your business acumen to secure stakeholder alignment and foster subscriber growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building and launching successful B2C SaaS subscription products.
- A strong experimentation mindset with the ability to design, test, and refine hypotheses.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a focus on using complex metrics to drive decision-making.
- Top-tier communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- A customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with teams across multiple time zones.
- Fluency in English.
