Senior Product Manager, Robotics at Agility Robotics

What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our rapidly expanding team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere. You will play a pivotal role in leading the development of our multipurpose bipedal mobile manipulator robot, focusing on defining the scope and requirements for the software stack that powers our hardware, including navigation, perception, and controls.

What will you do?

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle for our robotics solutions from initial concept through to post-launch adoption.
• Partner closely with our principal engineers and leadership to build and manage a comprehensive product roadmap.
• Define and prioritize new features and product requirements to ensure our technology meets the evolving needs of our customers.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in managing products that integrate both hardware and software. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in product management with a focus on complex technical products.
• Proven success in taking multiple products through the full lifecycle, including ideation, implementation, and market launch.
• Deep expertise in building roadmaps, writing detailed Product Requirement Documents, and managing a product backlog.
• Strong analytical skills to quantify the impact of features and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with both traditional waterfall development for hardware and Agile methodologies for software.
• A track record of collaborating across diverse departments such as engineering, sales, marketing, and legal.
• Go-to-market experience, including defining value propositions, pricing strategies, and beta plans.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive stakeholders and customers.
• Fluency in English.
