About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Portfolio Management team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will manage and grow our Home Energy business by working closely with our thermostat and energy services teams, as well as our sales and marketing departments. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of our hardware products and subscription services, driving business results while evolving our solutions for both end-consumers and utility partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of key product and channel P&Ls within the Home Energy business unit by identifying and executing strategies to boost revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Create comprehensive business cases, lead financial analysis, and design go-to-market strategies for new hardware and service offerings.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish quarterly objectives, manage long-range planning, and facilitate business reviews to ensure our multi-year roadmap aligns with our annual operating goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring a strong background in product management, strategy, or consulting, particularly with hardware products or B2B and consumer subscriptions. You must have a proven track record of building business cases, developing roadmaps, and executing strategies that hit key performance indicators. We are looking for a natural leader who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and communicating effectively with diverse audiences to gain buy-in and drive results. You should also be a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.
