The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Aix-en-Provence. In this role, you will be the owner of our BackOffice and payroll ecosystem, ensuring that we provide a seamless experience for our 6,000 plus Gojobbers. Your primary goal is to build, develop, and maintain the processes that keep our operations running smoothly, specifically focusing on payroll reliability and client billing. You will work closely with our Product Lead to define the vision for these critical systems, ensuring that our technology serves both our internal teams and our external partners with precision.

A day in the life

• You will engage with internal stakeholders and external users to identify pain points and needs, using both qualitative research and quantitative data analysis to inform your product decisions.
• You will lead the delivery process for a dedicated squad of four developers, overseeing the functional design of solutions and ensuring the high quality of every feature released.
• You will manage strategic and technical relationships with our partners, such as SIRH and VMS platforms, to ensure that data flows between our systems are accurate and efficient.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a strong technical background and a passion for building complex products. To be successful in this role, you should bring the following:

• At least 4 years of experience in Product Management within a tech-focused environment.
• A degree from an engineering school or equivalent master level education.
• A highly analytical mindset with a proven ability to translate complex business processes into structured product roadmaps.
• Technical proficiency in understanding data exchange flows and an interest in utilizing No Code tools like Make, Retool, or Airtable to drive automation.
• Fluency in French, as you will be collaborating closely with our local teams and partners.
