The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for Monetization to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our subscription and ad monetization strategies. You will bridge the gap between customer value and business growth, ensuring that our products remain high-performing while delivering meaningful experiences to our tens of millions of users. You will lead a cross-functional team, build evidence-based frameworks, and refine our product roadmap to help us reach new horizons.
A day in the life
- You will take ownership of our pricing and monetization models across various geographies and platforms, working closely with payment partners like Adyen, Google Play, and iTunes to optimize processing and reduce churn.
- You will lead a cross-functional group of engineers, designers, and data professionals to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests that help us refine our product strategy through compounding learning.
- You will continuously synthesize insights from data, user research, and experiments to develop informed hypotheses that strengthen our unit economics and grow our global subscriber base.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in monetization and conversion optimization for consumer subscription products, such as games or media apps. You possess a proven track record of leading cross-functional software teams and are comfortable using data to inform high-level product decisions. You are highly analytical, experienced in using metric driver trees to identify causal relationships, and you are ready to share concrete examples of how you have successfully improved product monetization in the past. You communicate effectively in English and are excited to work in a collaborative, data-driven environment.
