About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of key components within our commercial platform, specifically focusing on managed connectivity for IT teams. You will play a vital part in optimizing our platform capabilities to ensure our global clients receive seamless, reliable, and scalable networking services.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our managed services platform while ensuring alignment with broader business goals and market demands.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle for managed connectivity, from initial design and development to ongoing launches and updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver high-quality solutions that drive company growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in product management with a strong background in managed network services, connectivity platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
- Solid technical knowledge of networking technologies such as SD-WAN, network security, data visualization for network analysis, and event-driven architecture.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams toward a shared vision.
- Proficiency in using network analysis tools and performance tracking to make data-driven product decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex networking concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and French is required to collaborate effectively with our international teams.
