Senior Product Manager – Logistics Systems at CAFU

The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position where you will take full ownership of our logistics ecosystem. You will be responsible for the platforms that power our daily operations, specifically our internal Pulse portal and the Pilot app used by our field teams. Core responsibilities

• Lead the product roadmap for our Pulse operations command center, ensuring dispatchers and fleet managers have the tools needed to optimize thousands of daily orders.
• Drive the evolution of the Pilot mobile application to ensure our field force has intuitive, real-time access to assignments, safety checks, and performance data.
• Monitor and improve critical operational metrics, such as order delays and pilot utilization, by collaborating with data teams to build actionable dashboards and optimization loops.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Five to eight years of experience in product management, with a focus on logistics, internal tools, or live operations environments.
• A strong background in data analytics, allowing you to interpret trends and prioritize features based on performance metrics.
• Proven ability to design complex systems and build intuitive admin portals that integrate seamlessly across backend platforms.
• Excellent systems thinking and communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with software engineers, operations managers, and leadership.
• Fluency in English and a comfort level with working in high-pressure, rapidly iterating environments.
