Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world. You will be instrumental in guiding our product strategy, working closely with our global team of engineers and researchers to turn complex concepts into reality.

Your impact

Define the strategic vision and value proposition for key Ethereum initiatives, such as Lodestar.
Conduct deep market research and user interviews to identify opportunities and solve critical problems for developers and users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the product roadmap, ensuring we deliver high-impact solutions that align with our business goals.

What you'll need

Proven experience managing technology-powered products, ideally within the blockchain or open-source sectors.
A strong technical grasp of distributed systems and the Ethereum ecosystem.
Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-informed narratives.
Hands-on experience with modern product discovery methods and agile frameworks like SCRUM or Kanban.
Proficiency or familiarity with technical environments involving TypeScript and Rust.
