We operate virtual and in-person clinics across multiple states, offering evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, and families. By partnering with insurance payers and supporting our providers, we are creating a system that prioritizes equity and effectiveness. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our remote team and help us scale this mission.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and operations experts to drive growth and improve the client experience.
- You will design, test, and iterate on acquisition and retention funnels to ensure we are connecting more people with the care they need.
- You will define success metrics and use data-driven experimentation to prioritize opportunities that deliver the highest impact for our business and our patients.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in product management or growth, ideally within a marketplace environment. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup, and you possess a strong operational mindset. We value candidates who are proficient in hypothesis-driven experimentation and who can translate complex data into clear, visual communication for stakeholders. You should be a collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you must be eligible to work in the United States. A genuine passion for our mission to transform mental health care is essential.
What you'll get
We offer a competitive salary range based on your location:
- Zone 1 (all states excluding those in Zone 2 or 3, and D.C.): $132,100 - $153,100
- Zone 2 (CO, HI, MD, RI): $145,300 - $168,400
- Zone 3 (AK, CA, CT, MA, NJ, NY, WA): $152,000 - $176,000
