What you bring
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead our financial products and risk management initiatives in a full-time, on-site role based in the United States. You will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our software solutions while collaborating with diverse internal teams. Your core responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our business goals and current market dynamics.
- Managing the entire product lifecycle, including defining the vision, roadmap, and prioritizing the backlog to reflect customer needs.
- Leading cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, and marketing teams to deliver scalable, high-quality products on time.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a deep understanding of Agile and Lean principles, with experience in SAFe methodologies being a distinct advantage. You should have at least five years of product management experience within software development, particularly in regulated industries. A bachelor’s degree in a field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Finance is required, and a master’s degree is preferred. You must be proficient in using tools like Azure DevOps and Confluence to manage workflows. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven track record of launching financial products and a solid grasp of risk frameworks. Holding certifications such as a Certified Scrum Product Owner or other professional product management credentials is highly desired.
