The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a senior-level position focused on the strategy and development of our hardware ecosystem, including the PAX and Era devices. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between our hardware and consumables strategies, ensuring that our product offerings remain innovative, cohesive, and aligned with our broader company goals.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle for our devices, from initial concept and development to market launch and ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with internal hardware teams and external Original Design Manufacturers to ensure product excellence and operational success.
• Partner with UX research and commercial teams to translate consumer insights into actionable product requirements and strategic roadmaps.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in product management for physical goods, ideally within the consumer electronics space.
• Proven experience working directly with internal hardware teams and external manufacturing partners.
• A strong background in industrial design or user experience design is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate complex regulatory environments.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a track record of launching successful consumer-facing products.

Compensation and benefits
