Senior Product Manager, Data at MindsDB

What you bring

As a Senior Product Manager, you will focus on our data roadmap, ensuring that we effectively connect, process, and surface knowledge across enterprise environments. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will be instrumental in driving our product strategy, leveraging your technical acumen to bridge the gap between engineering and business goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading the end-to-end development lifecycle for our data integrations and product features.
• Defining and prioritizing a strategic roadmap that drives business growth and market differentiation.
• Conducting deep user research to translate customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in data integration, processing, and AI-driven platforms. You should have a deep understanding of databases, cloud environments, and the challenges of enterprise-scale solutions, including security and compliance. We value individuals who possess a customer-centric mindset and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Fluency in English is required, and you should be comfortable making data-driven decisions within a fast-paced, startup environment. A background in building enterprise-grade products or contributing to open-source communities is highly regarded, as is a strong grasp of generative AI trends.

What we offer
