Senior Product Manager - Data & Interoperability at CareMessage

The opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the Clinical Data and Interoperability verticals. In this role you will shape how our platform collects, standardizes, and exchanges information with electronic health records so that care teams can act on timely, accurate insights. Your work will sit at the center of our product strategy, guiding engineering priorities and ensuring that every new capability directly advances health equity at scale. You will report to the Director of Product and collaborate daily with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teammates in a fully remote environment.

A day in the life

• Partner with engineering to refine our data infrastructure, translating complex clinical concepts into clear product requirements that improve how we measure and demonstrate health-equity outcomes.
• Lead discovery conversations with customers and technical stakeholders, surfacing needs that shape both our data strategy and our roadmap for deeper EHR integrations using FHIR, HL7, and related standards.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Clinical Data and Interoperability initiatives, from drafting PRDs and aligning resources to guiding releases and measuring adoption after launch.

Who you are

You bring direct experience with clinical data and interoperability in B2B health-technology environments, and you have managed product verticals that involve FHIR, HL7, and electronic health records. You have progressed through at least two product-management roles and demonstrated the ability to identify process improvements inside cross-functional teams. You are comfortable interfacing with technical stakeholders, translating customer feedback into prioritized work, and communicating clearly across a diverse, global team. An interest in remote collaboration and a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion are essential.
