Senior Product Manager, Core at Qualia

The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of product strategy and a commitment to building high-quality software. You will work in a hybrid environment, helping us drive the future of our Core product line while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex industry challenges.

Core responsibilities

• Translate complex customer requirements into first-in-class web solutions by partnering closely with our engineering and design teams.
• Identify and prioritize product opportunities by working alongside our sales and customer success departments to deeply understand user workflows.
• Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap that balances immediate customer needs with our long-term company vision.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, specifically building and delivering software products to market.
• Strong proficiency in Agile Product Development and experience conducting insightful user interviews.
• A data-driven mindset with a proven ability to use analytics to validate assumptions and iterate quickly.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex problems and negotiate trade-offs with executive stakeholders.
• A background in real estate, lending, or insurance technology is considered a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English is required for this role.
