At Collegium Pharmaceutical, we are building a leading, diversified specialty pharmaceutical company committed to improving the lives of people living with serious medical conditions. We have a portfolio of meaningfully differentiated medications to treat serious medical conditions, including severe and persistent pain and ADHD.

Hybrid: Required to be onsite in Stoughton, MA on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing integrated consumer promotional campaigns and tactics that are aligned to strategic initiatives to enable optimal brand growth and performance. This role will collaborate closely with key cross-functional stakeholders across the organization including Marketing, Sales, Training, Commercial Operations, Market Access & Trade, Legal/Compliance, Regulatory Affairs and Medical.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage the development, approval, and execution of the consumer marketing campaign and patient/caregiver educational materials across channels including digital, print, and point of care.
  • Strong understanding of market landscape and brand positioning to support data driven decisions on strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with market research to gain patient and caregiver insights that enhance the patient/caregiver journey.
  • Manage the consumer marketing budget and development of scopes of work with vendor partners.
  • Oversee and maintain vendor/agency partnerships to ensure tactics are appropriately executed, measured, and optimized.
  • Provide support for annual brand planning and long-range planning.
  • Uphold and consistently demonstrate Collegium’s Core Values.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
  • 6-8 years of related experience required
  • Minimum of 3 years of Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences consumer marketing required
  • Experience in ADHD market preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) required
Pay Range
$175,000$191,000 USD
