About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will focus on our construction workflows, leveraging your deep industry knowledge to enhance how we build homes. You will work alongside our engineering, design, and machine learning teams to create connected systems that serve everyone from our construction superintendents and trade partners to our homeowners and architects. This is an opportunity to solve complex problems and help us scale as a technology-enabled custom home builder.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute user-centric solutions that optimize residential construction workflows by blending human expertise with advanced technology.
• Create and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap while ensuring alignment across all cross-functional teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the complexities of homebuilding, collaborating effectively with everyone from construction directors to software engineers to make high-stakes, strategic trade-offs.

Requirements

• Five to seven years of experience combining product management with relevant industry backgrounds, such as residential construction, procurement, or construction technology.
• Strong familiarity with residential construction workflows or industry-specific software like Procore, Build Pro, or Supply Pro.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical or business concepts for any audience.
• A data-driven mindset for decision-making and the ability to thrive on a distributed, diverse team.
• Willingness to travel once a month for in-person collaborative sessions.
