Picture a team that quietly powers better health outcomes every day. At Xealth, clinicians prescribe digital health tools the same way they would order a prescription, then track progress in real time through a secure cloud platform that turns streams of clinical and patient-generated data into timely, personalized guidance. Our work sits at the center of value-based care, helping health systems deliver the right support at the right moment while lowering long-term costs for everyone involved.
The opportunity
As Senior Product Manager for Clinical Data and AI, you will shape the future of how Xealth gathers, integrates, and applies clinical information. Your roadmap will guide both the continued expansion of our data platform and the thoughtful use of artificial intelligence to turn that data into measurable improvements in patient care. This role sits at the heart of our mission, working alongside engineering, commercial, and clinical leaders to ensure every new capability reaches the clinicians and patients who need it most.
A day in the life
- Refining the vision and multi-quarter roadmap for clinical data acquisition while aligning priorities with payor and health-system partners who will ultimately adopt the resulting products.
- Translating market signals, customer feedback, and internal strategy into detailed requirements that engineering teams can build, test, and release in iterative cycles.
- Partnering with sales, implementation, and support colleagues to prepare clear rollout plans so every product update lands smoothly for both internal teams and external customers.
Who you are
You bring five to ten years of product management experience building web-based, SaaS, or cloud solutions, and you have guided products that integrate tightly with third-party clinical systems. You have worked directly with clinical stakeholders at health systems to identify needs, design solutions, and scale them successfully. You understand HL7 and FHIR at a product level, can distinguish between generative AI and traditional machine learning approaches, and have firsthand experience embedding clinical data into EMR and EHR workflows. A background in computer science or equivalent hands-on work lets you collaborate confidently with developers, and you are comfortable leading within lean or agile environments while influencing cross-functional teams and external partners.
