What you bring
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Clinical Data & AI initiatives on a Full Time basis. In this role you will define the vision and roadmap for how we acquire clinical data and how we apply AI and Machine Learning to that data. You will work closely with payors, health systems, and internal teams to deliver products that integrate seamlessly into existing EHR workflows. Three core responsibilities include owning the clinical data acquisition roadmap, shaping our AI offering, and securing customer commitments that drive adoption. The position is fully Remote and open to candidates located anywhere.
Requirements
You bring five to ten years of product management experience building web-based, SaaS, or cloud solutions, along with direct experience integrating clinical data into EMR or EHR workflows. You have a working knowledge of HL7 and FHIR standards, understand the differences between generative AI and traditional Machine Learning, and are comfortable engaging in technical discussions with engineering teams. A computer science degree or equivalent experience is valued. On the softer side, you excel at cross-team influence, building relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers, and translating market trends and feedback into clear, actionable roadmaps. We work in Lean Agile environments, so familiarity with those practices is essential. The role requires fluency in English.
What we offer
The base salary range for this position is $142,000 to $215,000, plus equity, depending on geographic market.
