Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Cabin Safety team. This is a full-time, senior-level position based in Germany. We operate with a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance time between our offices and your home to ensure the best possible collaboration and flexibility.
Your impact
- Own the product roadmap: You will define, prioritize, and align the vision for our cabin safety platform, breaking down complex goals into actionable steps for your team.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration: You will work closely with internal development teams, technology partners, and suppliers to ensure our safety-critical features are seamlessly integrated.
- Translate insights into solutions: By conducting user research and analyzing KPIs, you will identify the needs of fleet operators and passengers to build features that are both safe and user-friendly.
What you'll need
- Product expertise: You are a seasoned manager with a deep understanding of product lifecycles and the ability to translate legal and safety requirements into clear technical capabilities.
- Technical curiosity: You are excited by the complexity of autonomous systems and eager to optimize how your product interacts within a larger architecture.
- Communication skills: You excel at aligning diverse stakeholders and motivating high-performance teams through clear, empathetic communication.
- Agile mindset: You have extensive experience applying agile principles to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Industry knowledge: Experience in the automotive or other highly regulated sectors is a major plus, especially regarding standards like ISO 26262 or ASPICE.
- Languages: You must be fluent in English, while proficiency in German is considered an advantage.
