What you bring
As a Senior Product Manager on our Banking team, you will play a vital role in shaping how our members earn, manage, spend, and save their money. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the United States where you will own key features that directly influence our customers' financial health. Your work will involve:
- Leading the complete product development lifecycle for consumer-facing features that impact core business goals.
- Partnering with data scientists, engineers, and designers to identify and implement new product opportunities.
- Conducting thorough customer research to uncover the financial anxieties and needs of our members.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of product management experience, ideally within the B2C fintech or payments space. You should be a creative problem solver who is comfortable navigating technical challenges and working in a fast-paced startup environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a technical mindset that allows you to work effectively alongside engineering teams. You must be proficient in English and possess a knack for translating complex user needs into simple, effective product experiences.
What we offer
