We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Germany. At Engel & Völkers, we have spent over 45 years establishing ourselves as a leader in premium real estate services. Today, our global network spans five continents, and our technology division is at the forefront of digital innovation in the property sector. We are seeking a passionate individual to lead the growth and evolution of our B2C customer journey, specifically focusing on the advancement of our online property search platform. In this role, you will guide a cross-functional development team, championing a user-centric approach to build exceptional digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, including the strategic planning, prioritization, and execution of features.
- Define and communicate the product vision while maintaining strong alignment with all relevant stakeholders.
- Act as the primary expert on user needs and performance metrics to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A university degree in business administration, communications, computer science, or a related field.
- Extensive professional experience as a product manager within the B2C sector, specifically managing the long-term development of digital products.
- Proven expertise in agile methodologies, technical product management, and stakeholder coordination.
- A strong hands-on mentality paired with a deep understanding of user experience principles and KPI analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with German language proficiency considered a significant advantage.
