We are Sauce, a restaurant technology platform headquartered in New York City and Tel Aviv that serves the $105 billion U.S. local restaurant market. Our commission-free delivery and pickup system, powered by proprietary optimization technology, lets independent restaurants and chains connect directly with their customers. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager focused on B2B Growth to help restaurants reach their full potential through thoughtful product strategy and data-informed decisions.
What you'll be doing
- Build a deep understanding of the B2B customer journey and translate those insights into growth initiatives that increase engagement and long-term retention across our restaurant dashboard, email communications, and related products.
- Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to spot opportunities, run A/B tests, and measure how product changes affect retention and stickiness.
- Partner with the Customer Success team to align on goals, identify product gaps, and deliver UI/UX improvements that make the platform more intuitive and valuable for restaurant owners.
What you'll bring
- At least five years of product management experience in B2B growth and product strategy within the technology sector, with a track record of developing and communicating product and marketing recommendations to senior leadership.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data analytics tools to track user behavior, identify trends, run experiments, and turn findings into actionable retention improvements.
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle management, retention strategies, and segmentation, plus the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience.
- Familiarity with the restaurant industry, especially online ordering and food delivery, is highly desirable so you can understand the specific needs of restaurant owners.
- Excellent project management abilities, including prioritizing multiple workstreams, and a user-centric mindset demonstrated by past improvements to product interfaces and experiences.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, along with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
What you'll get
- Company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision insurance, including mental health coverage.
- Paid parental leave and a responsible paid time off policy.
- A flexible, hybrid work environment that supports both collaboration and personal balance.
