Senior Product Manager AI at Welltech

We are currently seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager focused on AI to join us in a full-time, remote capacity to lead the design and implementation of intelligent systems within our marketing technology stack.

Key outcomes

• Own the product vision and execution for AI-powered tools, beginning with creative operations such as asset generation, tagging, and quality assurance.
• Develop and scale autonomous or semi-autonomous agents to streamline localization, campaign setup, trend analysis, and reporting.
• Serve as the internal thought leader regarding AI design patterns, specifically tailored for marketing and product operations.
• Partner with data engineers, developers, and creative stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into daily workflows.
• Collaborate with our CRM, paid marketing, and organic squads to identify automation opportunities and redesign existing processes.
• Define experiments and MVPs to validate AI applications before scaling them for production.
• Oversee prompt engineering, tool selection, and fine-tuning while ensuring all solutions adhere to strict ethical and governance standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a hands-on AI practitioner, having built or managed agentic solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI Functions, Claude, or ReAct.
• Strong background as a Product Owner with the ability to manage backlogs, write user stories, and deliver tools in an agile environment.
• A solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including creative production, paid media operations, or CRM workflows.
• Design-focused mindset with the ability to analyze processes and identify high-impact areas for AI integration.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working in growth, ad operations, or lifecycle marketing.
• Familiarity with MarTech infrastructure, including CMS, DAM, CDP, and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, or embeddings.
