Senior Product Manager AI and Cloud at Renesas Electronics

What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our AI & Cloud Engineering division on a full-time hybrid basis. In this role you will define product strategy and design features for multiple AI software products that combine flexible deep learning model exploration with high-performance, auto-tuned deployment across diverse hardware. You will work directly with customers to gather requirements, collaborate with software architects and engineering teams to build roadmaps, and coordinate with marketing and other groups to ensure alignment with company standards. Three main responsibilities include gaining a deep understanding of customer experience to identify product gaps, creating internal and external buy-in for the product vision, and translating strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. The position is available in France or Germany.

Requirements

We seek candidates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, machine learning, mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, or a related field; an MBA is viewed as a plus. You should bring previous software engineering experience, a proven track record of managing products through their full lifecycle, and the ability to develop product and marketing strategies. A solid technical background in software development and cloud technologies is essential, along with strong problem-solving skills and the willingness to contribute hands-on when needed. Experience in SaaS or PaaS environments and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or ONNX are important. An understanding of System-on-Chip architectures is advantageous. The ideal candidate communicates effectively in English at a business level, works well in cross-functional matrix organizations, and demonstrates both strategic thinking and practical execution.
