We are currently searching for a Senior Product Manager to join our Revenue pod and take ownership of our primary business stream. In this role, you will lead the development lifecycle for our mobile ad products, ensuring we meet our revenue targets while maintaining high-quality experiences for our users.
Key outcomes
- Define and drive the overarching product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
- Author detailed requirement documents that clearly articulate the functionality and purpose of new features.
- Manage the end-to-end product delivery process by participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and milestone tracking.
- Take full accountability for product quality and its impact on the overall user experience and application performance.
- Utilize data-driven insights and customer feedback to inform product decisions and optimize performance through rapid experimentation.
- Foster collaboration across diverse teams, including Engineering, Ad Sales, Data, and Marketing, to ensure clear communication and execution.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a B2C Ad Product Manager, with a proven track record of leading products from initial concept through launch and iteration.
- Deep expertise in the mobile ad tech ecosystem for iOS and Android, including native ad formats, Google Ad Manager, and the integration of ad network SDKs.
- Strong proficiency with ad metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPA, and impression tracking.
- Experience working with first-party data, key value targeting, and funneling internal data into ad management systems.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical departments.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scrappy environment.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in Ad Operations, specifically regarding trafficking and yield optimization.
- Previous experience working within a startup environment.
