Key outcomes

• Identify high-impact opportunities by analyzing data and gathering direct user feedback to inform our product strategy.
• Articulate a clear product vision and strategy, ensuring that stakeholders remain aligned and the team stays motivated.
• Plan and execute the development of our integration platform, breaking down complex technical challenges into manageable, value-driven steps.
• Collaborate across departments, including engineering, design, sales engineering, and account management, to deliver seamless accounting integrations.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for accounting integrations, maintaining documentation and providing training to support our internal teams.
• Foster a collaborative team environment through servant leadership, helping to remove obstacles and encourage creative problem-solving.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience within the technology sector, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in a product management role.
• Practical knowledge of finance operations and accounting reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with major ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance and Operations.
• A strong sense of user experience design, with a proven ability to build intuitive, customer-facing products.
• Experience working within a B2B SaaS environment, particularly with an understanding of tax, compliance, and finance stakeholder needs.
• A cross-functional mindset and the ability to effectively partner with technical and business teams.
• Fluency in English.
