Senior Product Manager - Accounting Integrations (ERP) at Yokoy

We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Switzerland and lead our accounting integrations strategy.

Key outcomes

• Translate deep customer insights and complex technical requirements into an elegant, scalable integration platform.
• Define and communicate a clear product vision that keeps stakeholders aligned and the team inspired.
• Develop actionable strategies based on data and user feedback to address critical business problems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and account management to deliver incremental value.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for accounting integrations, providing documentation and training to support internal and external teams.
• Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration through servant leadership, removing obstacles for your team.
• Contribute to the growth of our product function by sharing knowledge and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in the technology sector, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in Product Management.
• Working knowledge of finance operations and accounting reconciliation, including familiarity with SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and experience building intuitive, customer-facing products.
• Proven ability to navigate the complexities of SaaS platforms, particularly within B2B environments involving tax and compliance.
• Demonstrated success in breaking down large, complex projects into manageable steps that provide rapid value.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset for working with diverse, cross-functional teams.
