About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work across our entire technology stack to build and refine software that connects accident victims with their legal and medical support systems. This position is perfect for a self-motivated engineer who enjoys high-impact work and wants to contribute to a thoughtful, inclusive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality code across both front-end and back-end systems to deliver meaningful product features.
• Design and implement well-architected software solutions that scale with our growing needs.
• Provide constructive feedback and detailed code reviews to maintain our high standards of engineering excellence.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer with expertise in both front-end and back-end development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django for back-end tasks and React for building intuitive front-end interfaces.
• Experience working with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills, with a genuine desire to collaborate within a cross-functional team.
• Familiarity with modern infrastructure, including AWS, containerization, and infrastructure as code, is highly valued.
• An interest in or experience with building products that leverage LLMs is a plus.

Location

This position is based in our NYC office located in the Flatiron district. We operate in a hybrid model, offering the flexibility to work from home for a portion of the week while maintaining the benefits of in-person collaboration with our product and engineering teams.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $220,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
