Senior Product Designer at ArcTechnologies

At Arc, we are building the future of startup finance. We provide an integrated platform that helps companies manage their cash and access capital markets with ease. Our goal is to ensure that startups no longer have to sacrifice liquidity, safety, or returns, as our software delivers all three in one place. From venture debt and working capital to FDIC-eligible accounts and high-yield investments like U.S. Treasury Bills, we are fundamentally changing how new businesses grow. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our founding team and help us reinvent the landscape of startup financing.

The opportunity

As a founding member of our design team, you will work closely with our leadership to shape the visual and functional direction of our platform. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the United States, where you will bridge the gap between complex financial data and intuitive user experiences. You will play a pivotal role in defining our product roadmap and ensuring that our tools remain both powerful and accessible for the startups we serve.

A day in the life

• You will collaborate with our product team to define requirements and design new features that align with our strategic goals.
• You will create high-fidelity visuals, interactive prototypes, and detailed specifications to bring your design solutions to life.
• You will partner directly with our engineering team to ensure that the final implementation maintains the high quality and user experience standards we strive for.

Who you are

You are a seasoned designer with at least 5 years of experience in shipping software products. You possess a strong aesthetic sense and a deep understanding of user experience, interaction design, and visual design. You know how to articulate your design decisions clearly, and you understand the importance of balancing speed with quality. We value candidates who have a track record of shipping web and app products across various platforms. Proficiency in English is required, and while not mandatory, we would love to see experience in fintech, startup environments, or building robust design systems. If you have experience prototyping with tools like Framer or Principle, you will fit right in.
