The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Creators team. This group is responsible for delivering high-quality, on-demand vertical video content created by local storytellers for our customers, which include major travel brands and destination marketing organizations. In this role, you will translate complex strategies and user insights into interfaces that are intuitive, simple, and enjoyable. You will play a vital part in the creator economy, designing tools that empower storytellers to share their world. You will work closely with engineering and product management to ship experiences that help our users discover and deliver authentic content to travelers everywhere.
A day in the life
- Lead the design of our CrowdRiff Creators product experience across mobile and web, working alongside key stakeholders to define creative workflows for digital marketers.
- Apply your full range of design expertise, from wireframing and visual design to copywriting and contributing to our design system.
- Own the entire design process from initial concept through to execution, iterating based on user behavior and feedback to ensure high-quality results.
Who you are
You are a seasoned designer with over 6 years of experience, ideally with a background in designing interactive web or mobile experiences for consumers. You thrive in fast-paced, growing companies where you can navigate ambiguity and lead cross-functional teams with confidence. You possess a strong grasp of information architecture and systems design fundamentals, and you have a portfolio that demonstrates your direct impact on high-quality, user-focused projects. You are highly organized, an excellent communicator, and you are passionate about your craft. This role is based in Canada, and we require fluency in English.
