Senior Product Designer at OJO

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. OJO is an Austin-based real estate technology company that helps millions of consumers navigate the home buying, selling, and ownership process. By combining human expertise with advanced technology, our platform provides personalized guidance and connects users with top-rated real estate professionals. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to create and refine tools that support both real estate professionals and consumers throughout their journey.
• Conduct user research and usability testing with agents and teams to identify key pain points and develop effective, metric-driven design solutions.
• Develop an end-to-end design vision that aligns with our business goals while ensuring a consistent and engaging experience across our platforms.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in designing high-quality web or mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, along with experience in prototyping and user research methodologies.
• A solid understanding of responsive design standards for web, iOS, and Android.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to present design concepts to cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio featuring research-backed case studies that demonstrate measurable business impact.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
