As a Senior Product Designer working in a full-time capacity, you will join our remote-first team to help build the next generation of financial tools. Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process by creating thoughtful, functional user experiences that span from initial ideation and research through to final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure our designs are both technically feasible and aligned with our business goals.
- Utilize both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform your design decisions and advocate for a human-centered approach that addresses the specific needs of our users.
Requirements
- Between 6 and 10 years of professional experience in UX design, ideally with a background in agency work or big tech.
- Proven success in a growth-stage startup environment, specifically with experience taking multiple products from early stages to full scale.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and a deep understanding of how to work with and expand upon complex design systems.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct meaningful user research and usability testing to drive product improvements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical constraints and user-focused design solutions.
