What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform, ensuring that both homeowners and builders have a delightful experience as they transform outdoor spaces. Your work will be central to our growth as you bridge the gap between human interaction and product strategy from anywhere in the world.

• Lead the end-to-end product design, UX, and UI strategy for our customer journey across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure all designs are development-ready and effectively implemented.
• Drive engagement and conversion improvements by identifying friction points and prioritizing A/B tests to optimize performance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an empathetic, curious, and data-driven designer with at least 5 years of experience in product design, ideally within D2C or marketplace platforms. You should possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and have a proven track record of using research and usability testing to validate your concepts. We value individuals who are experts in Figma and can translate complex ideas into clear wireframes, prototypes, and design systems. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where you can balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution. Proficiency in English is required, and we look for candidates who are kind, collaborative, and possess a strong growth mindset.
